What Middleton rents through the year
Ag operations along Purple Sage and Emmett Road keep standard units near the shop and a handwashing station by the crew area, restocked heavier through planting and harvest. As the town's new subdivisions fill in off Highway 44, framing crews run standard units phase by phase with a deluxe flushing unit at the site trailer.
Community and school events downtown draw the family crowd, so those add ADA accessible units and handwashing stations, and a larger celebration on the river lawns can step up to a climate-controlled restroom trailer set on firm ground near the drive. A youth ballgame or a booster fundraiser at the school fields is a good fit for a small bank of standards with a handwashing station by the concession stand.
Placement on farm ground and river lots
Farm and riverfront parcels are mostly soft, irrigated soil, so we set units on the firm edge of a drive or a gravel pad and keep the service truck off the field. Along the Boise River the low ground can stay wet into early summer, so we place standards back from the bank where the footing holds and a truck can reach them without rutting the grass, laying boards under the feet where the soil is loose.
Getting in and out on the Highway 44 route
Middleton sits on our Monday and Thursday loop between Star and Caldwell, so a call the day before generally lands a next-business-day drop. Two-lane farm roads and narrowing lanes near downtown mean we scout the approach for a trailer, and we plan around the seasons here, wet spring ground, dry summer dust, and the valley fog that settles in over winter. When a build grows between route days, we can add units on the following pass.
