A short, plain look at the little a call passes on, and everything it never gets near.

This Boise Porta Potty website exists to give anyone around Boise a quick way to phone in for a porta potty quote. Skip the cart, the login and the web form — what moves things is a call to (208) 203-0800.
Once we're talking, you hand over a drop address, the dates you want and a rough headcount. That's what booking and servicing your rental run on, and it goes no further.
The server this site lives on logs the routine technical entries — IP address, browser type, which pages loaded — to fend off abuse and stay up, and any traffic it tallies is folded into totals rather than pinned to one visitor.
Our own cookies run minimal to none; a page with a map reaches out to Google Maps, and some layouts load faces from Google Fonts, each given only what it needs to draw. Even with cookies off, the phone number sits right there, ready to dial.
A fulfillment partner staffs the phone line, and the person who takes your order is the one who places your delivery on the schedule, so the booking has a name attached from the first minute. The information they collect is used to run that rental and for nothing beyond it — never sold, never leased, never turned over to an outside party for its own purposes.
Idaho hasn't put a broad consumer-privacy statute on the books, but we'll still tell you which booking details we hold and correct or clear them when you ask, and the Idaho Consumer Protection Act stands against deceptive handling of your information. Since we work phone-only and keep things light, there's seldom much on file — call (208) 203-0800 and we'll take care of it.
Adults arranging rentals are the audience here, not youngsters, and we knowingly collect nothing from anyone below 13.
When this policy gets reworked, the date up top changes with it and the new wording is in force as soon as it's posted; a later edit here sets how things run going forward and leaves a rental you've already put on the Boise calendar exactly as it was booked.
To take up anything on this page, phone (208) 203-0800 — that's the fast lane. The mailing reference on record is 8458 W Elisa St, Boise, ID 83709.
Consider this general information rather than legal advice. Boise Porta Potty is a trade name under which this site's operator works.
From the Boise River corridor out to Nampa and Caldwell, a single call sets delivery, servicing and pickup across Boise and the surrounding Idaho area.
